CANCELLATION POLICY

All appointments must be canceled 18 hours prior to set appointment date. If appointment is not canceled 24 hours prior 50% of the service will be charged to card on file- for fill appointments 100% of the service will be charged for Fullsets! Same day NO CALL NO SHOW will result in 75$ no show fee or full service amount. All late appointments 15-20 mins late or more will result in a $30 late fee- any appointments later than that will have to reschedule
