All appointments must be canceled 18 hours prior to set appointment date. If appointment is not canceled 24 hours prior 50% of the service will be charged to card on file- for fill appointments 100% of the service will be charged for Fullsets! Same day NO CALL NO SHOW will result in 75$ no show fee or full service amount. All late appointments 15-20 mins late or more will result in a $40 late fee- any appointments later than that will have to reschedule. Deposit Policy: All deposits are non-refundable and required to secure your appointment. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Deposits go toward your service total and ensure your time slot is reserved specifically for you. Please be sure of your availability before booking.
